Real Estate Market Analysis

This report shows how Business Intelligence might be useful for the real estate market. You can gather in one place information about the local market, combine it with macroeconomic indicators and see how everything is related.

Students Behavior Survey

This report shows how PowerBI can be used for descriptive analysis with many categories and different answers.
In this case, a dataset was created on survey data that requires a different approach than working with the sales or customer numbers.

Inventory Movement and Planning

This is the report that was created for an organization that had a blowing growth in sales but did not have a reporting system or ERP set up. They did not a clear vision of what items were fast-moving, which inventory redundant and what warehouses perform better. This report had been created in a dramatically short period as the company urgently required answers about stock optimization.
Even with only 3 months of data, this set of dashboards gives a clear understanding of important and secondary items.
